Please join the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) for February’s Coordinated Care Initiative (CCI) stakeholder call. Our ongoing dialogue with CCI stakeholders is of the utmost importance, and we look forward to continuing our work together to improve health care for Californians. We’ve scheduled the next monthly stakeholder update call for February 19, 2015.
The upcoming call will cover the February Cal MediConnect Enrollment Dashboard and the recently released Health Risk Assessment Dashboard. Both documents can be found here. We’re also hoping to hear questions and feedback from stakeholders on how implementation of the CCI is going in their local counties.
