January CCI Stakeholder Update Call

Please join the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) for the January 2016 Coordinated Care Initiative (CCI) Stakeholder Update Call.

Our ongoing dialogue with stakeholders is critical to the success of the CCI and we look forward to continuing our work together to improve health care for Californians.  The call will take place on Thursday, January 28th.  During the call, we will be reviewing the latest Cal MediConnect enrollment information and discussing other timely topics.  We will also have time to hear your feedback and answer questions.  Enrollment dashboards are available here.

Below you’ll find information about the call and a registration link.

  1. What’s more embarrassing than November enrollment numbers? December enrollment numbers.

Why is such a great program having dropping enrollees each month? Time to admit failure and move on. Fee-for-service Medicare is the best insurance in the world. Why would anyone give it up to make some HMO executive rich while being denied care and specialty drugs?

  3. Cr, I’ve been saying this for 3 years. Anyone associated with the development of the CCI should be considered unethical at the very least. Say “no, no no to the HMO.”
